Wound Care Societies

Here you will find a list of unions, societies, clubs, and other organizations dedicated to wound care.  We recommend you take some time and explore some of these websites.  You will find useful guidelines and pearls of wisdom here and there.

​

Some of these links are very useful and provide many resources which you can usually use free of charge. Some other links are not maintained regularly and can appear outdated. With this vast and confusing number of wound care organizations out there, we sometimes wish that some would join forces to make better use of resources.

 

We would like to know about every organization, particularly those based in Africa. Currently, we have only found wound healing societies in South Africa and  Kenya. Are there no wound healing societies in any of the other 52 countries on the continent? Send us a line if you know of other wound care societies we should have posted here.
